Dr. Ravi, founder and senior psychiatrist at Mind and Memory Services, has over 20 years of experience in General Adult, Addiction Psychiatry, Neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD/ADHD/LD), and Cognitive disorders. He specialises in assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults with ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, and comorbid mental health conditions.

Dr. Krishnaiah provides comprehensive, personalised care, focusing on compassion and ethical values. His evidence-based approach includes assessments, medication management, and therapeutic strategies to enhance quality of life. Known for his ability to connect emotionally with patients, he fosters trust and mutual respect, creating a foundation for positive transformation.

He collaborates closely with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans, advocating for adequate resources for NDIS participants. Dr. Krishnaiah’s expertise in ASD allows for timely diagnosis and targeted interventions, helping patients unlock their potential and achieve success.

Dr. Ravi obtained his Membership of Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) from University College London, renowned for its research in Psychology, Psychiatry, and Neuroscience. He trained at various prestigious hospitals across the UK, specializing in General Adult Psychiatry, Older Person Mental Health and Dementia, and Addiction Psychiatry (both inpatient and community treatment).

He moved to Australia and completed Fellowship in Psychiatry (FRANZCP), along with qualifications in hospital management (MBA), public mental health administration (AFRACMA), and management of chronic diseases (MPH). Dr. Krishnaiah currently serves as Medical Director at Gold Coast University Hospital, leading Community Acute and Chronic mental health services.
